Who can apply

EFFORT is designed for:

• Students, researchers or staff from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia who wish to study, research or teach at a EU partner University, check the Target Groups & Eligibility criteria for lot countries nationals

and

• Students, researchers or staff from EU countries who wish to study, research or teach at a partner university in Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan , check the Target Groups & Eligibility criteria for Eu countries nationals 

Academic mobility between two EU countries or within the lot countries are not foreseen by EFFORD.

We expect applications from ALL PARTNER UNIVERSITIES according to the cohorts (Annex I and Annex II).
